Halloween is over – but the party isn’t. Before we’ll be able to take a breath, everyone will be gearing up for the holiday season and that’s when our business and marketing plans can be easily derailed. Socially we’re heading into the busiest time of the year: party planning, holiday shopping, time off, and travel, so if we’re not careful, our well-planned business strategies can fall out of focus leading to production gaps and loss of revenue in January.
