Employee of the Year Program

Teamwork is great but we recognize that a great team consists of unique individuals so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to recognizing contributions. Management at Patient News Publishing is committed to creating rewards that are clear and immediate. Because they are designed to be personally meaningful, in addition to our formal awards, recognition of excellence sometimes arrives ad hoc in response to an individual’s life circumstance or most heartfelt dreams.

We offer both Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year programs. Every employee's achievements in these categories are recognized with a plaque in our offices and the Employee of the Year is awarded with an all-expenses paid trip. Destinations have included tropical retreats and European get-aways.
